Kids2Kids is a small UK charity that twins schools in London with schools in Kenya, so outgrown shoes and uniform go straight to a named partner school. We are responsible for the details you give us. If you have any questions, email us at contact@kids2kids.co.uk.

We only collect what you type into one of our two registration forms.

London schools: school name, your name and role, your email address, number of pupils, your preferred collection time, and whether you already run a shoe collection.

Schools in Kenya: school name, county, town or village, contact name, email address, phone number, number of pupils, age range of pupils, what is most needed, and anything else you choose to tell us.

We don't ask for children's names or any details about individual pupils. To stop spam, we also keep a scrambled code made from your connection details. It can't be turned back into your address and is only used to limit repeated sign-ups.

Only to arrange school twinnings and collections: to contact you, introduce your school to its partner school, and organise when and how items are collected and delivered. We will never use your details for marketing or fundraising, and we will never sell them.

We rely on your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form. You can withdraw it at any time.

Your details are stored securely with our website and database provider. Only the Kids2Kids team can see them. When you register, we also receive an email alert with your details at our charity inbox.

Nobody, except the partner school we introduce you to. When we twin two schools, we share the school name and the contact details of the person arranging the twinning, so the two schools can get in touch.

We keep your details for as long as your school is twinned with us. If your school stops taking part, or we can't find a twin school, we delete your details within 12 months.

You can ask us at any time to see the details we hold about you, correct anything that's wrong, or delete them. Just email contact@kids2kids.co.uk and we'll reply within one month.

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your details, please tell us first. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

We don't use any tracking, analytics or advertising cookies, so we don't show a cookie banner. Our website only uses what it needs to work and to keep the registration forms secure. These essential items don't track you and you don't need to agree to them.
